GENERAL DIRECTOR
Civil Engineer, with graduate studies in hydraulics, design, manufacturing and assembly of hydraulic turbines; he has published many technical papers. For more than 20 years he worked on design and project management of hydroelectric projects, at CFE (Federal Electricity Commission of Mexico). He was General Director of Hidroconsultoría and is currently the General Director of Technoproject. Since 1993 he has been consultant to several engineering and construction firms.

and Project Manager of the hydroelectric projects. He acted as Technical Director of Hidroconsultoría and currently he is the Technical
Director of Technoproject.

A group of specialists in different branches of engineering applied to hydroelectric
projects, potable water supply and sewage systems, irrigation networks and special projects, provide to our company with the skills
necessary to develop designs with the highest technical level.
